Couples Therapy

Whether you have been married for decades or your love story has just begun, the greatest investment into wellbeing you can make is into the health of your relationship. If you need things to change, you’re in the right place.

Are you…

  • having thoughts of separation or divorce?

  • feeling sexually or emotionally disconnected?

  • questioning whether you’re on the same page as your partner?

  • having explosive arguments?

  • discussing the same issue without resolution?

  • going through a big life transition?

  • looking to deepen your relationship?

  • longing for more intimacy and connection?

  • getting triggered by old wounds of rejection or abandonment?

  • stuck in a pattern of pursuit and withdrawal?

  • struggling with in-laws or parenting?

  • interested in exploring alternatives to monogamy?

Couples therapy…

  • provides a space for BOTH partners to be heard and understood in the presence of an unbiased therapist.

  • helps you understand how past experiences (upbringing and former relationships) inform how you show up in your relationship.

  • builds skills for communication and emotion regulation.

  • teaches to tolerate differences.

  • supports the discovery of how your values and dreams inform the needs of the relationship.

  • helps you grow as individuals together.

So you can…

  • experience more intimacy, connection and trust in your relationship.

  • feel seen, heard and supported by your partner.

  • build a fulfilling and sustainable partnership that works for you and your family.

  • be team-mates in navigating life’s challenges.

  • love and be loved more fully.

“I am incredibly passionate about helping people build a relationship that works for THEM. To me, relationships are the ultimate creative act and there’s nothing more wonderful than witnessing people come together in this way.”
